New Student Admissions
Thank you for your interest in our school!
PJPII is now accepting applications for the 2019-2020 school year.
The following outline will help guide you through the admission process.
Step 1: Visit PJPII
Please call (773) 523-6161 or contact Yamili Cano at email@example.com to schedule a time to visit the school. We will show you around the campus and answer all of your questions.
We offer the below group tours or you can schedule for a day/time that is most convenient for you:

Step 2: Apply
Once you have decided that PJPII is the right choice for you and your child, fill out the application. To complete the application, the following must be submitted:
Student's most recent report card (and IEP, if applicable)
In accordance with state law, families must follow these enrollment guidelines:
to enter Kindergarten, the student must be 5 years old by 9/1/19
to enter Preschool, the student must be 3 or 4 years old by 9/1/19
Step 3: Admission Status Determined
We will send you an acceptance letter and email.
In order to be considered for our available scholarship opportunities, the full FACTS application must be completed and verified by March 1, 2019. If you are awarded a scholarship, you will receive a contract stating the scholarship amount, and this must be signed and returned to PJPII in order to receive the scholarship.
Step 4: Register
Congratulations on joining the PJPII School community! To complete the registration process, the following documents needs to be submitted:
1. Registration Form
2. Student's school transcript
3. Student's test scores
4. Medical Exam
5. Dental Exam
6. Eye Exam (for students entering Kindergarten only)
7. Birth Certificate
8. Baptismal Certificate (and any additional sacraments if applicable)
9. Reference Form from prior school
10. Extended Day Form
11. FACTS Payment Plan & Billing (online) - Registration fee of $75 per new family
12. FACTS Grant & Aid (online). To complete FACTS, you will need:
-Student's social security number
-Federal Tax Form 1040
-Estimate of total credit card debt
-Estimate of monthly minimum payment on credit cards
-Amount of monthly car payment & car insurance
-Amount of monthly rent/mortgage
-Other monthly payments (excluding utilities and cell phone)
-$30 fee (payable by credit card. Let us know if you need to make other arrangements.)
Tuition for school year 2019-2020 is:
One student $5059
Two student $9799
Three students $13114
Four students $14946
Pre-K Full Day $5059*
pre-K Half Day $2850*
*Pre-K not included in multi-student discount
There is a non-refundable Registration deposit charged in the amount of $140 per family. Early bird fee is $70 only from January 27 - February 5.
Registration fee that guarantees a space in the classroom for your child(ren).
